Customer Review
Great product. Easy application.
I purchased this receiver for a 2003 Ford E-350 extended van. It bolted on with no drilling or hassles. None. Ford provided a ready-to-go four prong flat trailer hook-up. I installed the receiver, inserted a pre-owned trailer hitch and plugged in my boat trailer and rolled down the road. Total installation time was about 10 minutes. The fit and finish is super. Buy one.

Great receiver hitch
I did a lot of research before selecting this hitch, checked out a lot of reviews on the web and on some of the RV forums. Glad I did, this hitch is the bees knees! I have owned, installed and had installed, several receiver style hitches on various vehicles, and this is the quickest and easiest to install, that I have encountered. The hardware consists of 6 carriage bolts, 6 flanged nuts and 8 washers, thats it! It took me less than 5 minutes to install it without help. Main reason, is that what you see in the photo is what the hitch consists of, there are no additional brackets or hangers to install. One thing you can't tell from the photo, is that the end plates are 3/8th inch steel! Plenty strong enough! The thick, glossy powder coating should hold corrosion at bay for many years! I'm really happy with this hitch and can recommend it to anyone looking for a heavy duty towing hitch.

Absolutely great!
Installed on a 2006 Ford E-250 Econoline Van. Was exactly as described and installation was the easiest I have ever seen! Couldn't be any better!

Product Description
Curt Manufacturing Class IV Receiver feature WeatherTite construction, which prevents rusting from the inside out by sealing the main body of the hitch. The receiver tube has an open back end to allow for easy cleaning and for dirt and moisture to pass through and not get trapped as is common with other brands of hitches. All CURT hitches come with mounting hardware and installation instructions. CURT is the only hitch company in the industry that mechanically de-scales all of their hitches before applying a thick powder coat finish, which is baked on for a high-gloss, smooth surface. CURT trailer hitches are simply the most attractive, most durable and toughest hitch on the market. Top to learn more
